Intel Prepare 3D processor with 22 nm technology, Ideal for Gadgets

Intel has announced it will use new technology in the manufacturing processors using 3-dimensional transistors into a microchip 22nm. This new technology will be in line with Moore's law which says that the number of transistors on a chip will double every two years. Microprocessor-named Ivy Bridge will use 3-dimensional transistors, called Tri-Gate.
