Google has just released a new option in Gmail. With a new option called 'Smart Labels' Google's email service has become increasingly clever sort messages in the appropriate folder.

Smart Labels are the result of Gmail Labs project to isolate the incoming email into three parts , namely bulk , for large files such as newsletters and promotions , Forums for group mailing list and Notifications
