Apple IOS 4.3 Present March 11, With features Hotspot for iPhone 4

In addition to announcing iPad 2, Apple also announced the newest mobile operating system IOS 4.3. The operating system for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch adds some interesting features though not revolutionary.
 
Some of the features added in IOS 4.3 are:
The performance of JavaScript in Safari increased two-fold using JavaScript engine Nitro
