As quoted from Engadget, Thursday (17/02/2011), Sony secretly working on the project. Later, Sony S1 will be equipped with Android OS 3.0 Honeycomb, with a 9.4 inch screen, dual core processor Nvidia Tegra 2, as well as front and rear camera.
