Why was Kate leaving the Dorchester Hotel in London yesterday for the Q Awards, when her very own house is just around the corner? Was it to meet her expert stylists before the big event? Maybe she was having her make up done? Going by these photographs I would think not. Perhaps it was Kate's bid to outwit the paps? What do you think Kate was doing up there in her hotel room?
