There is no reason why Carson Daly has to wear a skin tight turquoise spandex cycling kit to get a little exercise. Shorts and t-shirt really hamper the effort? Is he trying to join the Matthew McConaughey, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Lance Armstrong threesome?
