Actor Ben Freeman was looking relieved yesterday after being dramatically told he could fly home for Christmas in the UK. Freeman is facing charges of raping a 16-year-old British girl on the holiday island of Barbados. He was given the green light to return to the set of Emmerdale, after his legal team produced £25,000. His solicitor, Desmond Sands, said he would be pleading not guilty to the charge because he was innocent.
