Tit-ney Spears took her lady lumps for another night out with what looks like a half decent breed of the male variety. The brave man was minus baggy trousers, gold bling and a cheesy grin, so perhaps a step up for Spears. And whilst we're talking about stepping up, I think Tit-ney should step up a shirt size.
