The last time Nicole Richie saw Joel Madden she ended up driving the wrong way down a highway. Depending on how you look at it, Joel either has a good or a bad effect on women. I guess we have to assume Nicole thinks he's good, as she met him for another a secret rendezvous. The pair arrived separately at Fred Segal, and tried to look like they were doing their own thing.
