Paris Hilton was arrested for driving under the influence early Thursday morning. According to TMZ, Paris was pulled over by LAPD at 12:31 AM for driving her Mercedes McLaren SLR erratically. Paris went on to blow a .08 during the field sobriety test which is the California minimum blood alcohol level for DUI. Hilton went on to blame the lack of rest (she filmed another music video all day, so tiring!!!) and the one margarita she had on an empty stomach (that's a strong margarita).Picture by Richie Buxo
