Steven Tyler announced that he has secretly been battling hepatitis C for decades. Tyler was only diagnosed with the deadly disease three years ago but has been undergoing rigorous and aggressive treatment with so much success that if his appearance on 'Two and Half Men' tonight is awful, you only have his acting ability to blame.
