Katie Holmes had lunch with her mom and future mother-in-law at The Ivy of all places the day before the Vanity Fair issue her, Tom, and baby Suri hit the stands. If you think they had lunch here for the food, you obviously are not familiar with the marketing machine that is Tom Cruise.
