The non-Jesus freak not suing Nicole Kidman brother of the Baldwin clan, Daniel, has been arrested on suspicion of Grand Theft Auto (how hot would it be if you could play the game as him?) in Santa Monica. The 46-year-old Baldwin was arrested after a friend reported his car stolen and stated that Baldwin had taken it without permission. This arrest comes just three months after crashing a rental car into two parked cars during a high speed chase and in April he was arrested on suspicion of cocaine possession (no charges, yet). He was released on $20,000 bail which means we could be reading about him again tomorrow!
