With the amount of environmental toxins our bodies contend with it is imperative that we have the tools to fight them off -- as we simply cannot eat the amount of fruits/veggies to do this, juicing solves the problem.

Juicing fruits and vegetables yields the highest concentration of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, and makes them the most readily available for absorption for our bodies to use. As most of us don't eat nearly the amount of fresh produce needed to get these essentials, this is paramount. Juicing preserves important enzymes needed for all your body's processes, whereas many believe that cooking destroys them rendering them useless.
