Scarlett (who looks rather fumpy in that dress) and Josh were spotted out braving the heat in NYC and trying to cool off with some ice cream. Why does Scarlett stand there with her mouth open like that? Is she catching flies? A mouth breather? Possibly trying to tell us something?
